Blue Angels Coming To A Sky Near You In Jacksonville, Florida!!! That's right, the Blue Angels will be entertaining us once again this weekend October 23-24, at the Jacksonville, Florida Naval Station. Every time, I think of the Blue Angels, I hear the song, Danger Zone, by Kenny Loggins, from the movie Top Gun. That's probably because they play that song at every Blue Angels airshow, I've attended! :) This is a FREE show and FREE parking! Plenty of vendors, to grab a bite to eat. Past shows, they won't let you bring in your own drinks and make you throw them away before entering. When you click on the link above, scroll down to see the list of authorized and unauthorized items you can bring. The authorized list is much smaller than the unauthorized! :) I've also seen earplugs given away free, at the various vendors. A fun kids zone, complete with a rock climbing wall, bounce houses and more! Now for you boaters, what an awesome view of the show from the St Johns River!! The show starts at 10am, but get there when they open the gates at 9am, to get a good spot!
