I think I'm familiar with this area. Is this off St. Augustine Road? Or is that where Oakleaf is? I know I've passed one or the other on several occasions when I decided to cut from I-95 to I-295 when I wanted to bypass the construction, a couple of years ago. I'm up there quite a bit.

Lisa-Oakleaf is on the Westside of Jacksonville (west of the St Johns River) from I-295, you can get to Oakleaf by exiting off at the Blanding Blvd ramp. Next time you're up, we should have lunch.
